• Our normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• Scheduling of services will be on a first come first service basis. Life’s Little Details will do their best to accommodate your needs. A 24 to 48 hour notice is required for all services. Life’s Little Details will not perform any work on the Client’s behalf that is illegal and/or unethical. At no time, we will perform a task that will put any of our staff in harms way. Please note that some forms including but not limited to a contract, guidelines and policies along with a rate sheet must be returned signed prior to any services being scheduled and/or rendered.
• Charges for Life’s Little Details do not include charges from any third party vendors and/or merchandise purchased to complete any request.
• Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of service will be assessed a $30 fee.
• We gladly accept cash, personal checks, company checks and or money orders made payable to “Life’s Little Details”. Payments are due at the time of service. We will assess a $30 returned check fee for each check returned, regardless of the reason. If outside assistance is used to collect any and/or all amounts owed to Life’s Little Details, the client is responsible for all costs associated with the collection including, but not limited to attorney’s fees and court cost.
• Our service area includes Amesbury, Boxford, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Methuen, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, West Newbury, MA; Plaistow, Newton, Kingston, and South Hampton, NH. There will be an additional charge of $4.00 for the first 10 miles over our service area. If the travel mileage exceeds the first 10 miles from our service area, each additional mile will be at a cost of $.40 cents per mile.
• Rates vary depending upon services rendered, please call for a quote.
• Life’s Little Details takes great pride in protecting client’s personal information. No information will be provided to third parties without written request from the client. |
